The Path to Vitality

At the beginning of 2004, Unilever launched a new vision worldwide – the Path to Vitality. For its foods division, this was defined as ‘empowering people to enjoy food, enjoy health, enjoy life’ and marked the start of a drive to market more healthy foods. 

“You’re Not Going to Drink All That, Are You?”

We created eight Food4Life animated episodes sent out at intervals of two-three weeks between January and May 2004 to educate their employees about their new nutrition guidelines.

The episodes were created to educate employees about this new vision, together with the reasons behind it, related developments in the market and new policies introduced by Unilever to support it. We believed that the message would be well received if delivered to them in an entertaining way.

Launched a Second Series

It was so successful that we were asked to develop a second series after their new brand launch. The challenge here was to have it work on their sites in all their various locations globally. As edutainment continues to become a huge industry, this work was so important at the forefront of it all.

Red Carpet Joy
